As a Patrol Officer at a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming, secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour Pre-Employment Requirements (Contractual) Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123) TSA Issued TWIC Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 09:00 PMSat05:00 AM - 01:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Possess a TSA-issued TWIC. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
