We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator II to support a large hiring initiative for a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in coordinating the hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting a collaborative Talent Acquisition team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the recruitment process from interview scheduling through new hire onboarding. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and staffing agencies to keep hiring activities moving efficiently. Schedule interviews and manage recruiting logistics for high-volume hiring events. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process. Coordinate pre‑employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation. Enter and maintain accurate employee records in ADP and the applicant tracking system. Track hiring progress, maintain recruiting reports, and ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date. Support hiring events by welcoming candidates, coordinating interview flow, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Assist with additional Talent Acquisition and HR projects as needed Qualifications At least 2 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience in a high-volume hiring environment. Experience working with staffing agencies is a strong plus. Previous experience with ADP is highly preferred. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); JazzHR experience is a plus. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
