Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assess clients' emotional, psychological, and relational needs to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and aspirations.

• Utilize various tools and methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and systems theory, to facilitate meaningful changes in clients' lives.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring clients have access to immediate resources during challenging times.

• Regularly participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and experiences. Many clients may be facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other mental health concerns. As an LMFT, you will use your expertise to foster therapeutic relationships, build trust, and guide clients through their healing processes, ultimately contributing to improved mental health outcomes for families and communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and productivity.
