Account Executive

Hudson Talent Solutions

Overview As an Account Executive at Hudson Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. Leveraging your exceptional sales and communication skills, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding existing client accounts. Responsibilities Proactively prospecting and generating leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients Conducting in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges and requirements Crafting tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs Negotiating contract terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets Providing exceptional customer service and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Collaborating cross-functionally with the recruitment, operations, and marketing teams to deliver seamless client experiences Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients Qualifications Proven track record in sales and business development Strong understanding of the talent acquisition industry Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally Results-driven approach and ability to meet or exceed sales targets Proactive prospecting and lead generation skills Expertise in conducting needs assessments and crafting tailored solutions Negotiation and contract management skills Knowledge of industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices Commitment to providing exceptional customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr
