Sales Representative - Africa market
Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
1. Draft and formulate annual regional objectives and work plans.
2. Collect information on potential clients and develop new accounts/customers.
3. Maintain relationships with existing customers within the region; proactively identify customer needs, ensure fulfillment, and coordinate solutions to address client issues.
4. Monitor and follow up on payments from credit-term clients, and exercise reasonable control over sales risks.
5. Assist in conducting market research for new industries, products, and materials.
6. Timely register and report feedback regarding customer development and maintenance activities to enhance service efficiency. Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Engineering disciplines such as Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
2. Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.
3. At least 2 years of experience in foreign trade sales, with a solid understanding of the entire B2B sales cycle; relevant industry background is preferred.
4. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (including attending trade shows and visiting clients).
