Seeking an experienced Lead Finish Carpenter to execute and oversee high quality construction work in general construction with finish carpenter skills. Willing to do all phases of construction. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of Finish Carpentry and construction experience. Proven leadership skills—must be able to effectively work alongside and manage job sites. Expertise in water and mold damage projects is a plus. Ability to coordinate tasks, maintain timelines, and ensure top-quality craftsmanship. Organization a must. Team player with leadership skills required Clean DMV and full background check required Pay: $22–30/hour to start, based on experience. Review in 90 days.
