Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting therapy sessions for couples, where you will work collaboratively with partners to address relational dynamics.

• Providing individual therapy sessions to clients, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.
\n
• Specializing in family dynamics and addressing issues such as grief, conflicts among family members, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.

• Developing treatment plans tailored to both couples and individual clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
\n
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.
\n
• Participating in regular supervision and professional development, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists primarily serve adults and adolescents, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns, including:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
