Senior Paid Media Manager

Leading the execution and optimization of paid acquisition strategies, the full-time Senior Paid Media Manager will manage performance marketing campaigns across key channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable growth while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Own the execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Search, YouTube, and Paid Social Identify and test new acquisition channels while managing relationships with emerging advertising partners Design and implement structured experimentation frameworks to enhance acquisition performance and optimize the customer acquisition funnel Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and running structured experiments Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and marketing teams Virtual Vocations Inc
