Pride Health is hiring a Entry Level Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility in Lawrenceville, GA . This is a 3+ month contract with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title: Entry Level Phlebotomist

Location : Lawrenceville, GA 30044

Pay Rate: $19.85 - $21.25/hr on W2.

Duration: 3+ Months

Shift: Monday—Friday 8a- 5p with rotating Saturdays 8a-1p

*Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Assist patients with check-in using self-service kiosks and handheld tablets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient questions and concerns with compassion and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby/waiting area.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and accurate handling of patient information.
• Support daily operations by maintaining required records and documentation.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing following established procedures.
• Provide phlebotomy coverage during staff breaks and staffing shortages.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Promote a positive image of the organization to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Vietnamese language proficiency required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer-facing experience required (Retail, Home Health Aide, Hospitality, Healthcare, or similar).
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both lobby and phlebotomy settings.
