FP&A Consultant

We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed organization in Chicago that is looking to add an experienced FP&A professional on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working with financial data, building models, and turning information into useful reporting for senior leadership. The organization is growing quickly and needs additional horsepower to support financial analysis and decision-making across the business. Responsibilities Building and maintaining three-statement forecast models Compiling KPI and management reporting packages Preparing management and top-side adjustments Performing financial and operational analysis Supporting forecasting and scenario modeling Working with finance leadership to improve visibility into business performance Qualifications 3–7+ years of FP&A or similar analytical finance experience Strong financial modeling skills Experience building integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts Advanced Excel skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience in a private equity-backed, acquisitive, or multi-entity business is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys project-based work and wants meaningful exposure to a growing business and senior finance leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grayson Search Partners
