Territory Manager
The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers, expanding account revenue, and representing our client as a trusted partner in diagnostic testing solutions.
Sales & Growth
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with company goals.
- Acquire new healthcare provider accounts and expand existing business.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and in-service trainings.
- Partner with Laboratory Service Assistants (LSAs) to ensure seamless client support.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to align sales activities with company strategy.
- Provide leadership with insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Accurately track activities and pipeline using company CRM and analytics tools.
