You'll diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while building lasting relationships with our customers through excellent communication and workmanship.What BME Offers YouTop Pay: $35–$45 per hourPaid weeklyMedical, dental, and vision benefits: begin day 1 — no waiting period80 hours of vacation to startCompany-paid life insurance policy401(k) plan: with company matchAnnual perks: boot allowance and company-provided uniformsHome dispatch: begin your day from home (where applicable)Main duties:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, pumps, water heaters, and backflow prevention devices.Perform routine service, maintenance, and warranty work to ensure optimal system performance.Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.Track and document work performed, including obtaining purchase orders and completing service reports.Travel to customer locations to provide on-site service and repairs.Secondary duties:Train apprentices and junior technicians.Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and system performance.Assist in ordering necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance.Requirements:Ability to carry and climb a ladder up to 28'.Ability to sit and stand for long periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Valid driver's license.OSHA 10 certification (preferred).5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience, including troubleshooting and repairing various systems.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Excellent communication skills.Preferred qualifications:Backflow certificationSalary range: $35/h - $45/h
