- Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate client records.
- Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to offer expert advice.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and stay ahead in the industry.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with clients, ensuring a personalized and satisfying buying or selling experience.
- Proven track record of effectively converting leads into clients through strategic follow-up and consultation.
- Strong understanding of the Vallejo-Fairfield real estate market, with the ability to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information.
- Ability to collaborate and share insights with team members, contributing to a supportive and innovative work environment.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and market analysis, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes.
