Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of educators to serve a high school caseload primarily focused on students in low incidence categorical classrooms, including mixed abilities and life skills programs. Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility (Speech-Language Pathologist - CCC or CFY considered)
• Previous experience in healthcare, pediatric, or school-based SLP settings highly valued
• Familiarity with populations with significant and complex needs, especially within educational settings
• Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a range of speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators
• Compassion, flexibility, and creativity in support strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to high school students in categorical classrooms with mixed abilities and life skills
• Conduct formal and informal evaluations, document findings, and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support student progress toward goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services tailored to students' unique needs
• Engage in ongoing data collection and progress monitoring to inform instruction and intervention modifications
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities throughout the year
