The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.Job Description:Collaborate with Fashion category managers to propose, develop and execute cluster level projects that will drive the whole Fashion category for growth, specifically in the areas of Fashion influencer programsBe responsible for the end-to-end project execution process including planning, communications, reviews and post-mortem analysisPartner with relevant stakeholders to implement the projects which might include teams within and outside of the Fashion teamConduct research and analysis of Fashion industry trends in the Philippines and overseas markets that are referenceable to Philippines market as instructed by the category managersUndertake ad-hoc projects as directed by the category managersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in universities in the Philippines or abroadFresh graduate with internship background in e-commerce / data-analytics or insightsA self-driver that also strives for excellence and impactExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence important stakeholdersExcellence in numerical and analytical skillsProficient in English and basic work related softwaresA strong team playerPassion in Fashion a plusExperience in influencer management a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
