Description - Your Role

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following strict established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are maintained and calibrated seamlessly.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as duties require.
• Document each step thoroughly, provide training to new staff or students, and maintain the highest laboratory standards.
• Uphold a safe, clean working environment while adhering to all regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health degree, preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your start date.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
