Many Floyd's professionals routinely earn between $60,000 and $100,000+ annually through a combination of commissions, tips, and retail sales.What You'll DoAs part of our Charlotte team, you'll help clients look and feel their best by delivering personalized grooming and styling experiences.Responsibilities include:

• Providing haircutting and styling services for a diverse clientele
• Creating fades, tapers, beard trims, and other grooming services
• Recommending professional products that fit client needs
• Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat visits
• Supporting a team-oriented atmosphere centered on excellent service

What We're Looking For

• Active North Carolina Barber or Cosmetology License
• Experience with cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, team-focused attitude
• Availability for weekend and evening scheduling needs
