Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, challenges, and external resources.

• Implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate established goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Offer and facilitate therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop cohesive and client-focused treatment strategies in collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning, ensuring clients receive immediate support during emergencies.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, equipping clients with tools and knowledge to better handle their mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
