Suites Supervisor at AT&T Stadium

JOB SUMMARY The Suites Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of premium suite services, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and compliance with company service standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Assists in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of suite staff. Supervises daily suite operations and engages directly with guests to ensure a premium experience. Maintains and controls high-volume food and beverage inventory. Trains and enforces responsible service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with corporate and legal standards. Develops and enforces standards for service, sanitation, and food quality. Ensures all cash-handling and inventory procedures are properly documented and enforced. Collaborates with co-workers to uphold company service standards, inventory management, and cash control procedures. Conducts audits of inventory and products; researches and performs reconciliations as needed. Performs all other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Minimum age 18 years. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively. Knowledge of state and city health requirements for food handling and alcohol service. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and move items up and down stairs/ramps. Willingness to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to perform assigned tasks, including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
