Corporate Associate - Mergers and Acquisitions

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level corporate associate to join their Corporate Department in New York, New York. This role offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated corporate transactions in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Duties Lead mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and joint venture transactions. Draft primary transaction agreements and negotiate with opposing counsel. Advise public and/or private companies on securities law matters, including capital-raising transactions and compliance. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in corporate transactions. Proven success in leading deals through closing. Experience with securities law matters is a plus. Education Law degree. Certifications Active bar admission.
