Duties Lead M&A deals from inception through closing. Serve as the lead draftsperson for primary transaction documents. Manage multiple deals simultaneously. Interact with clients and opposing counsel effectively. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary and cross-border teams. Requirements 5-7 years of law firm experience focused on M&A and related transactions. Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently. Strong client interaction skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar. Skills Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
