Sales Talent Acquisition Director

To support the organic growth of internal sales talent, the full-time salaried Director of Sales Talent Acquisition will lead recruitment efforts, develop effective strategies, and collaborate with sales leadership to build a robust talent pipeline in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Implement proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong sales talent pipeline Develop and maintain relationships with passive talent to enhance employer branding and meet growth projections Manage third-party agencies and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and regulations Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or insurance industry roles Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred Previous insurance brokerage or producer recruitment experience highly preferred Exceptional understanding of sales roles and the skills required for success in sales positions Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
