Accountabilities:Take a lead role in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closesPrepare and post journal entriesReview and record admittance of new investorsCoordinate quarterly and annual reporting requirements, as well as tax requirementsCoordinate with cash management group to execute cash transactions (investor subscriptions, investor distributions, invoice payment, quarterly fees)Review property management financial statementsQuarterly financial analysis, including review of investment accounting informationCalculate, analyze and report performance returnsAssist in closing the books and records for the preparation of SEC filingsRespond to client inquiriesCreate efficiency in and effectiveness of the financial reporting process, including effective usage of technology, as well as improve client servicesTake initiative in identifying problems and providing suggested solutionsTake the lead on special projects as assignedRequirementsRequired Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 3 years of accounting experienceStrong knowledge of real estate accountingBachelor’s Degree in AccountingCPA designation is strongly preferredTo apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.Job typePerm
