I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was a high school football coach, an experience that shaped my approach to leadership, accountability, and teamwork. I'm a proud Texas A&M graduate, married with three grown children and three grandchildren, and enjoy golfing and hunting in my free time. Giving back is important to our agency. We're involved with Rotary and enjoy supporting our local schools, Chamber of Commerce, and other community initiatives. Our agency offers paid time off, a Simple IRA, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in giving our team the support and resources they need to succeed. Our culture values independence, accountability, and teamwork. As an Account Manager for Brian Lane - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
