Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ripple Embrace Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with clients in both group and individual settings to address a variety of relational and personal issues.

• Specializing in and treating complex dynamics such as familial conflicts, communication barriers, and grief and loss.

• Offering guidance and therapeutic support around challenges including job stress, medical issues, and blended family adjustments.

• Engaging actively in professional development opportunities to keep abreast of the latest research and best practices in therapy.

• Providing crisis intervention and formulating emergency plans as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients including couples, families, children, and adolescents who present with varied mental health challenges. The therapeutic focus will encompass issues such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
