Sales Account Executive

We're helping a growing company in the Richmond, VA area find a Sales Executive to join their team in Midlothian, VA. This role is all about relationships — growing existing accounts while bringing on new business. You'll work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing through the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, pricing, closing, and onboarding. Clients span theme parks, supermarkets, convenience stores, and quick service restaurants across the U.S. What you'll do: Prospect and cold call to build new business Build long-term client relationships that go beyond the initial sale Work across client organizations — management, buyers, end-users, and more Spot new opportunities and build plans to win the business Partner with the operations team to deliver a great customer experience Develop proposals, quotes, and sales forecasts Use CRM software to manage your pipeline What you bring: 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a track record of relationship-based selling (apparel/uniform experience not required) Experience working with large, multi-location corporate accounts Strong communication skills — listening, presenting, writing, reporting Highly organized with solid multi-tasking skills A history of hitting or beating sales targets #J-18808-Ljbffr ProspectBlue
