• Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary conferences to ensure seamless care delivery

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurology, geriatrics) are beneficial but not mandatory

Required Skills

• Previous hands-on experience is strongly preferred
