Description

• Assess patients in inpatient or outpatient environments and formulate personalized treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or its equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred: CPR Certification
