1099 Sales Representative Residential Roofing
Location: Pompano Beach, FL | Broward County & Surrounding Areas
We are expanding our residential sales force and are seeking independent 1099 sales representatives with the drive to build serious income in one of Florida's most resilient, high-demand industries.
This is a performance-based opportunity designed for professionals who understand how to manage their own pipeline, close confidently, and capitalize on strong market demand.
Compensation
- Uncapped commission structure

Scope of Work
- Residential roofing and re-roofing sales
- In-home consultations and inspections
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution
- Building and maintaining referral relationships
What We're Looking For
- Prior roofing or home-services sales experience preferred
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills
- Self-directed, disciplined, and results-driven
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Comfortable operating as an independent contractor (1099)
