DTF Bank is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Stafford, Texas.

We operate in e-commerce and distribution, specializing in DTF printers, printing equipment, and related supplies . Our team supports customers through online sales platforms, social media channels, and in-store operations.

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers across multiple channels, assist with order-related questions, support claim submissions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, website, and social media
• Monitor and reply to messages and comments across online platforms
• Assist customers with order status, shipping questions, and general inquiries
• Guide customers through claims for defective, missing, or damaged items
• Direct sales-related questions to the Sales team
• Document customer interactions and follow-ups in the company system
• Make proactive follow-up calls to check customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to resolve order concerns
• Support team members with assigned tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Spanish is strongly preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and messaging platforms
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Office-based, in-person position
• Training provided
• Fast-paced and team-oriented workplace

Schedule

Schedule will be set by management. Candidates must be able to work assigned shifts and support customer needs.

Work Location: In person – Stafford, TX

Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
