In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skill and Experience Experience in Financial Management. Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects. Proficiency in all the delivered ERP processes and reports and ability to suggest best practices. Hands‑on experience in working on Workday Cloud projects. Experience in ERP Modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Payables), and accounting center. Proficient in implementing IT/business solution in Workday cloud building integrations, reports, customization of business process utilizing native Workday tools. Preferred Skill and Experience Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams. Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of agile practices and ability to implement the project in agile mode. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
