Daily Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts
- Perform precision measurements to ensure product accuracy
- Work in automotive manufacturing environment
- Utilize Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) techniques
- Operate lathe, Fanuc controls, CNC machining, and other machinery
Required Skills:
- Experience working on a production line
- Proficiency in machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Knowledge of tool and die design
- Experience with blow molding and machine setup
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with conveyor systems
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments
- Knowledge of drill press operations
- Experience with Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machines
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $28,000.00
Maximum Salary: $31,000.00
