Production Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Operations Supervisor to join our team in Doraville, GA. In this role, you will be the driving force ensuring our daily production, configuration, and logistics operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality.

As a working leader, you will manage daily workflows in our ERP system, oversee the configuration of hardware and software components, and act as the primary technical and process resource for our assembly and configuration team members. Key Responsibilities

Workflow, ERP & Logistics Management

• Manage daily logistics workflows, including standard and non-standard job creation, tracking, and resource allocation within the ERP system.
• Ensure all ERP system transactions are completed accurately and on time, with strict adherence to month-end closing procedures.
• Monitor product delivery timelines and proactively communicate potential delays or capacity constraints to the Operations Manager and Customer Operations.
• Support hands-on shipping and receiving activities on the floor as operational volume demands.

Technical Configuration & Team Leadership

• Manage, train, and support the hardware/software configuration team to ensure all products are configured correctly (including loading software/firmware and issuing digital licenses) according to specification sheets prior to shipping.
• Perform daily hand-on configuration of customer orders based on technical instructions.
• Maintain, organize, and equip all physical production benches and work areas to ensure maximum safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Frequently review, test, and update files and USB flash drives to ensure the latest software/firmware versions are deployed.

Quality Control, RMA & Continuous Process Improvement

• Guarantee that Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) repairs and advanced product replacements are evaluated, serviced, and returned within established SLA timeframes.
• Audit production records, track performance analytics, and enforce strict quality compliance guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement by updating documentation, deploying Bills of Materials (BOM), improving internal wiki/knowledge base resources, and optimizing workspace layouts.
• Identify, anticipate, and resolve bottleneck issues on the production floor before they impact customers.

Qualifications & Skills

Required (Must-Haves):

• Work History: Minimum of 3+ years of continuous, stable employment at your most recent employer.
• Leadership Experience: 2+ years of direct experience leading, supervising, or acting as a Team Lead in a manufacturing, technical assembly, configuration, or electronics logistics environment.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience loading software/firmware, configuring hardware components, and navigating technical documentation or Bills of Materials (BOM).
• System Experience: Strong proficiency operating within ERP systems for inventory, job creation, and order tracking.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to train technical staff and coordinate cross-departmentally.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for extended periods and assist with shipping, receiving, and lifting/moving materials as needed.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):

• Familiarity with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing.
• Experience maintaining computer assembly/testing stations or server benches.
• Local candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance to Doraville, GA.

Benefits & Schedule

• Salary: $80,000 base salary
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
• Location: Fully on-site in Doraville, GA
