Data Entry Clerk

Virtual Vocations Inc

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the full-time Data Entry Clerk will manage the entry of data values for legal documents, ensuring accuracy across 330 documents while consulting with the Legal team as needed. Key responsibilities Locate and extract 12 specific data attributes from each of the 330 legal documents Input data values into a provided worksheet accurately and efficiently Collaborate with the Legal team to clarify any questions regarding data attributes Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers) Experience with legal documents is preferred Availability to work during CST business hours (9am-5pm)
