National Search Group is seeking an experienced, outcome-driven outbound salesperson to initiate strategic conversations with U.S. owners, CEOs, operations leaders, and HR executives. You will represent a proven recruitment firm, selling high-value executive search solutions to companies facing critical hiring pressures and open leadership vacancies.

This is a phone-first B2B sales position focused on active prospecting and qualifying leads. It is not a customer service, inbound support, list-building, or scripted telemarketing role.

What you will own

• Run focused outbound prospecting during U.S. business hours through cold calls, personalized email, and approved social outreach.

• Start credible conversations with executives, uncover hiring pressure, and earn the next step without relying on a rigid script.

• Handle objections such as "we hire internally," "send information," and "we already use an agency."

• Qualify meetings against NSG's ideal client profile and document business context, urgency, decision process, and next steps in the CRM.

• Review call outcomes and conversion data with leadership, then improve targeting, messaging, and follow-up.

How success will be measured

Your scorecard will balance activity and quality: outbound activity, live decision-maker conversations, qualified meetings held, meeting acceptance, opportunity conversion, CRM accuracy, and pipeline created. Before you start, NSG will provide the definitions, targets, ramp expectations, and commission rules in writing.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications You should apply if

• You have at least 2 years of recent outbound B2B sales or sales-development experience; exceptional candidates with less tenure and strong verified results may be considered.

• You have cold-called U.S. businesses and can discuss your quota, activity, meetings, pipeline, or revenue results with specific numbers.

• You can communicate clearly and confidently in English with senior U.S. decision-makers. We assess clarity, listening, judgment, and persuasion - not a particular accent.

• You are resilient, prepared, coachable, competitive, and comfortable being measured against a transparent scorecard.

• You can work Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, and Friday, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time.

• Work Setup: Dedicated noise-free workspace, noise-canceling headset, high-speed broadband connection with a reliable power/internet backup, and a modern computer (16 GB RAM recommended).

Please do not apply if

• Your experience is mainly customer service, inbound support, consumer telemarketing, data entry, list building, or appointment setting without live B2B cold calling.

• You cannot provide concrete performance metrics or complete a short live sales audition.

• You prefer a low-activity role or are not comfortable making cold calls every working day.
