STAFF ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation Assist with monthly and year-end close activities Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Ensure accuracy and proper coding for invoices and expense reimbursements Prepare and review customer invoices to ensure accuracy and timely billing Work closely with the Finance & Administrative Manager to support accounting operations, special projects, and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 1+ years of experience in an accounting, finance or related role Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally within the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Anderson Technologies
