Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with patients to identify the nature of their mental health issues.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that empower clients to achieve their mental health objectives.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques and methodologies in counseling sessions, staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

• Provide targeted strategies that address specific concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.

• Maintain open communication with clients, ensuring a warm, empathetic, and engaged approach throughout the counseling process.

• Document and track client progress meticulously within the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this counseling role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. The potential client issues may range from serious mental illness to situational stressors, making your role crucial in providing effective counseling and intervention. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a valid LMHC license in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
