Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial sessions to accurately identify client needs and craft personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate healing and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and background, alongside a robust benefits package.
