Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and goals.

• Prepare and oversee crisis intervention strategies, including the development of pre-crisis and crisis management plans, medication treatment plans, and positive behavior support frameworks.

• Document all relevant clinical information promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and organizational policies.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective interventions and positive behavior support strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Participate proactively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain optimal service standards.
\n
• Act as a liaison to engage with service systems, state agencies, and community stakeholders to support client needs and program development initiatives.

• Foster open communication with clients and internal teams to cultivate a cohesive support environment that promotes recovery and wellness.

• Identify and establish productive collaborations with local, state, and federal agencies to secure partnerships that enhance program offerings.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending relevant conferences and representing the agency at various events.

• Embark on ongoing efforts to promote the agency’s mission and values through active participation in community and statewide initiatives.

• Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to further assist in organizational objectives.

You will work primarily with a diverse client demographic seeking mental health services, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use disorders, and cognitive impairments. This position requires sensitivity towards varying cultural backgrounds and an understanding of the unique issues faced by our clients, ensuring tailored approaches that promote their recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid, independent LMHC license issued by the state board of Massachusetts is essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and treatment plans to clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We provide a competitive salary ranging from USD 86,000 to 103,000 per year, complemented by performance-based productivity bonuses.
