Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring each client receives tailored strategies for managing their mental health.

• Complete all necessary documentation and reports in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools, collaborating closely with the clinical team to ensure best practices are adhered to in every client interaction.

• Work with interdisciplinary teams to create and integrate positive behavior support plans, ensuring that clients receive the most effective care possible.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining the highest levels of care excellence and ethical responsibility.

• Serve as a liaison for clients, collaborating with local, state, and community organizations to ensure access to necessary resources and support.

• Develop and cultivate relationships with service systems and agencies to promote our programs, identify potential partnerships, and secure additional funding sources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending conferences and training to stay current in the field and bring innovative methodologies to our clients.
