Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Guided Growth Therapies, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients, including conducting both couple and individual therapy sessions. You will specialize in addressing a range of issues that arise within family dynamics, providing both individual and group therapy aimed at facilitating positive changes. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique situation.

• Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to the needs of families and individuals.

• Facilitating therapeutic conversations and interventions in a safe, supportive environment.

• Addressing issues such as substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, blended family challenges, and communication difficulties.

• Tracking and documenting progress while adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be focused on a diverse clientele, including couples seeking to improve their relationships, individuals grappling with personal issues, and families navigating complex dynamics. You will provide support for a range of concerns such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, transitional difficulties, and issues stemming from separation or divorce. Your impact will directly contribute to enhancing the mental health and overall well-being of clients across various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Guided Growth Therapies offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, providing substantial earning potential through unlimited and uncapped income opportunities.
