Roofing Sales & Field Operations Appointment Setters | Sales Representatives | Project Managers Employment: Hourly / Full-Time Compensation: Hourly pay + commissions, with commission-only opportunities available Industry: Residential Roofing

We’re looking for motivated, dependable people to join our roofing team in one of three roles: Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or Project Manager.

Roofing or construction experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. If you have sales experience, are comfortable talking to homeowners, and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For Sales or customer-facing experience preferred

Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus

Comfortable speaking with homeowners and potential customers

Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills

Willingness to door knock and generate opportunities

Professional, confident, and personable communication style

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field

Ability to use a smartphone/tablet and basic technology

Drone experience is a plus

Willingness to learn drone operation and/or prospecting techniques

Able to work outdoors and around residential properties

This is primarily a ground-based position — very little climbing is required

Appointment Setter As an Appointment Setter, you’ll help generate new roofing opportunities by:

Prospecting for potential customers

Door knocking and speaking with homeowners

Identifying potential roofing needs

Setting qualified appointments for our sales team

Following up with leads and maintaining communication

Using company tools and technology to document prospects

Ideal candidate: Someone outgoing, persistent, comfortable talking to strangers, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Sales Representative Our Sales Representatives are responsible for turning opportunities into customers.

Responsibilities include:

Meeting with homeowners and assessing their roofing needs

Inspecting properties and identifying potential roofing issues

Presenting roofing solutions and estimates

Following up with prospects and closing sales

Building relationships with customers

Maintaining accurate customer and project information

Working with the production/project management team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Roofing sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong sales background.

Project Manager Project Managers help oversee roofing projects from sold job through completion.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating with homeowners, sales representatives, and roofing crews

Monitoring project progress and quality

Communicating project updates to customers

Helping coordinate materials, scheduling, and crews

Identifying and communicating project issues

Ensuring customers receive a professional experience throughout the project

Using company technology to document project progress

Roofing/construction experience is strongly preferred for this role, but training may be available for the right candidate.

Drone Experience Drone experience is a plus, especially for property inspections, documentation, and identifying potential roofing issues.

No drone experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidates on drone operation and our inspection process.
