Looking for an experienced Painter that also has knowledge in drywall repair. Our work includes apartment repaints for turnovers, drywall repairs, residential painting jobs, and full exterior residential repaints. About 95% of our work is apartment repaints simple production painting to give apartments clean paint job for new tenants to move in. Job requirement are reliable transportation, attention to detail, good customer service skills, able to problem solve and work independently, and organization skill. This is a 1099 job we are in the process of switching to W2 payroll with insurance to be set up withing the next few months. Starting pay is $25-$30per hour weekly with all hours from Monday to Saturday paid the next Friday (any hours over 40 will be paid at time and a half of hourly wage). Will start between $25per hour for first week and evaluate pay after that. Incentives are but not limited to, bonuses on larger jobs or specialty jobs completed in a timely manner and federal holiday pay of 4 hours paid for that day after 30days of employment.
