Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. Organise and oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth. Create and manage the production of high-quality marketing collateral and content that aligns with our professional and supportive brand voice. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment for all marketing activities. Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns against established KPIs. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Qualifications Proven experience working as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
