Job Summary This role will be responsible for leading five journey teams and a small team of HR Liaisons. It will be responsible for creating a culture of collaboration between journeys and HR Liaisons and among other areas of HR to effectively deliver engaging and inclusive employee journeys. This includes delivery of a high-quality, tailored experience across journeys for business leaders. They will also lead, inspire, coach, and develop the Journey Owners and HR Liaisons as well as the broader teams. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degreeand 12 years of experience 5 years management experience Experience delivering people programs and/or supporting employee services Experience redesigning processes and driving continuous improvement Data-driven strategic decision making Leadership and organizational skills Executive level communication and influence skills Comfort with change, nimble ways of working Collective ownership mindset Continuous improvement mindset Service orientation and customer obsession Desire to understand key stakeholder needs and proactively deliver Innovation acumen and ability to drive repeatable processes while using technology to improve Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs. Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases. Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
