About the Role

As a Sales Concierge at STORExpress, you're the first impression and often the deciding factor for customers choosing us over a competitor. You'll field inquiries, assess needs, recommend the right storage solution, and close the deal. Beyond new customers, you'll support our existing community of tenants and Rossi's Flea Market vendors, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and personal.

This isn't a passive customer service role. You'll hit sales goals and make a real impact on how the business grows.

What You’ll Do

- Convert inbound inquiries into rentals, promptly respond to prospects, assess their needs, recommend the right space, and guide them through the process

- Deliver exceptional customer service: handle billing questions, resolve issues, and process payments with professionalism and care

- Manage a range of operational tasks, including booking truck rentals, maintaining accurate customer records, and supporting remote and closed property management

- Hit and exceed sales goals - track your activity, review progress with your supervisor weekly, and continuously sharpen your approach and sales skills

- Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth experience from first call to move-in

- Handle high call volumes efficiently using our web-based phone system

- Keep our CRM and records accurate and up to date

About YOU

- Sales-minded and results-driven, you understand that conversion is the goal, and you take that seriously

- Clear, professional communicator: written, verbal, and over the phone

- Highly organized - you manage competing priorities without dropping the ball

- Tech-comfortable, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, and point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Self-starter energy with a team-first attitude

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or sales preferred

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales role

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to other SX locations as needed

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volume
