MDS Coordinator: Reimbursement & Care Quality Lead

Cantex seeks a qualified MDS Coordinator to ensure appropriate reimbursement for Medicare/Medicaid patients via the RAI process. You will support ongoing quality patient care under federal and state standards, reporting to the Administrator or Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance, coordinating pre-admission assessments, and auditing clinical records. Eligible candidates must hold a Texas RN or LVN license and complete the AANAC RAI Certification within 12 months. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cantex
