We are seeking personable, enthusiastic candidates to join our design team – NO DESIGN
EXPERIENCE NECESSARY !!

Closets By Design is seeking design candidates for our next training class. Our robust 10-week training program will teach you how to design, price, and sell closets, garages, offices, pantries, wall beds, and more!
Qualities we need in our designers:
· Confident, positive, outgoing personality
· Ability to follow a PROVEN design and sales system
· A passion for sales
· Basic math skills
· High organized
· Coachable
· Excellent time management
· Outstanding communication skills
· Comfort with a fully commission based pay

While this position is based out of your home, you will need reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes throughout the Pittsburgh market. Additionally, onsite training at the company headquarters in Washington, PA, and attendance at monthly sales meetings will be required. Once training is complete, this position is a W-2, FULLY COMMISSIONED role.
