ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports the preparation and coordination of international trade shows and business trips, including booth arrangements, marketing materials, promotional items, hotel accommodations, air travel, special events, and reservations Coordinates the preparation and distribution of customers' end-of-year gifts and other customer appreciation initiatives. Coordinates and prepares detailed agendas and itineraries for international business trips, including trade shows, customer visits, and business meetings. Follows up on leads generated through international trade shows, the company website, telephone inquiries, email, social media, and other business development activities. Researches and identifies new business opportunities using external databases and sources, including social media, chambers of commerce, industry websites, directories, and other relevant resources. Qualifies and filters new leads by responding to initial inquiries regarding products, product benefits, packaging options, registration requirements, lead times, pricing, and other relevant commercial or technical questions before transferring qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development or Sales team. Assists in the development of new product lines by researching and analyzing competitive products, product characteristics, market positioning, pricing, market share, promotional strategies, and industry trends. Supports the development and launch of new products in coordination with the R&D team and other relevant departments. Creates, edits, and produces professional communications and business materials, including presentations, graphs, reports, marketing materials, and other documents by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information. Translates the Product Monographs in Spanish. Coordinates with the company's external social media agency to support the development and execution of the company's social media strategy, including content planning and approvals, campaign coordination, performance monitoring, and recommendations for improvement. Utilizes social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to identify potential customers, business contacts, distributors, and new sales leads.Performs other functions as requested by the immediate Supervisor Works closely with the website and marketing teams to design, maintain, update, and optimize the company website and digital communication channels. Provides management with relevant feedback and insights regarding customers, prospects, market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive activity. Collaborates effectively with internal departments and contributes to team objectives by providing support, information, and follow-up as needed. Assists with special projects and initiatives within the International Sales and Business Development departments. Performs other related functions and responsibilities as requested by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School degree or Associate's 1 - 3 years' experience Bilingual (English and Spanish) Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach) Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
