Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Lehi / American Fork

Location: Lehi / American Fork, UT
Pay: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Lehi and American Fork area . You’ll work 1:1 with clients to strengthen communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. This hands-on role is impactful, rewarding, and a vital part of helping children thrive.

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA

• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods

• Collect and record data electronically after each session

• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team

• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed

• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization

• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols

• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to become certified with our support)

• Reliable transportation within Lehi and American Fork

• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs

• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection

• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children

• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance
